"[Samir/Sam] I have been with Larry for over 25 years now and I can only say one of the best agents I have worked with. I mainly interacted with his office staff thru the years but no doubt he hires the best. It is thanks to Larry and his staff, I have never considered going anywhere else to shop for insurance. Larry/State Farm covers all my insurance needs: my cars[4], my house and my life insurance. "Have three vehicles, an RV and homeowners policy with Larry Rodman and State Farm. Recently rerated our vehicles at a time when I bought a new to me car and the policies were due, making it complicated at best. His staff, including Matt, Yasmin, and Linda were excellent in navigating the process and saving me money as well. Great job by all!"

"State farm-agent Larry Rodman kept saying “there is no fraud” TL;DR-I’ve had renters insurance w/ State Farm for 20+ Years. I have not filed a claim in that time until June 2022 when my apartment flooded. I had a certain coverage amount, my coverage amount had been lowered by more than half w/o my knowledge or consent. State Farm & their agent Larry Rodman have provided no proof of this occurring & have treated me horribly. I have taken every reasonable legal recourse at this time. Now I need people power to pressure State Farm to do what is right. When I filed my claim the original adjuster would not speak to me. My State Farm agent, Larry Rodman’s, office refused to help me. They said “it’s not our job to help you.” Then transferred me to the 800 number. They said “it’s only our job to offer you insurance & accept $.” No one at State Farm would communicate w/ me for months. State Farm agent Larry Rodman agreed to meet w/ me on 09/28/2022 @ 10:30am. state farm agent Larry Rodman,  confirmed my coverage had been lowered by Kenny Johnson, an employee in State Farm agent Larry Rodman’s office, by over half. No documentation was provided for me at this meeting in Larry Rodman’s office. State Farm agent Larry Rodman kept saying “there is no fraud “ even though I never mentioned fraud. State Farm agent Larry Rodman then tried to convince me I had lowered my coverage & just forgotten. I was resolute, this had never happened. Then State Farm agent Larry Rodman tried to convince me I couldn’t afford the higher coverage, & there was “no shame in that.” I told State Farm agent Larry Rodman that was absolutely untrue. Why would I not pay a negligible amount after 20+ years of paying full price? State Farm agent Larry Rodman proceeded to lie to me & say “the buck stops with me.” “I take full responsibility for all my clients.” Then “ I need to check with management & get back to you.” Then “I alway err on the side of the client.” I told State Farm agent Larry Rodman no one in his office would help me & said it was not their job. Unfazed State Farm agent Larry Rodman replied “that is right.” State Farm agent Larry Rodman called me a few weeks later & said there was nothing he (state farm agent Larry Rodman) could do to help me or restore my coverage amount. My adjuster told me this is untrue. My adjuster, who worked for State Farm, said that Larry Rodman was lying to me & gaslighting me. State Farm agent Larry Rodman has sole discretion over my policy and how it is handled & how my claims are fulfilled. I told State Farm agent Larry Rodman  I would likely report State Farm agent Larry Rodman to the attorney general (I have done this) & to the better business bureau ( I am doing this) My State Farm adjuster told me- State Farm agent Larry Rodman lied to me. Agents are in control of claim amounts like mine. All State Farm agent Larry Rodman has to do is say there was an agent error & it would be fixed. State Farm agent Larry Rodman does not report to any “management“. State farm agent Larry Rodman said “ you Can tell whoever you want.” & hung up on me. I have had a total of 5 adjusters assigned to me by State Farm on claim # 3735G305B. Every time one tries to help me they are taken off of my claim & reassigned. No one at State Farm corporate will assist me in this. Team leader LV Powers 404-851-5858 has remorse for how I have been treated and offered no apology. I believed I had some measure of protection through my State Farm renter’s insurance. The reduction in my coverage has left me w/ no financial assistance to replace my lost possessions. Stare farm commits fraud every time they say they are there for you and “like a good neighbor.”"

"I have been a customer of State Farm for over 30 years and with Larry Rodman for at least 24 years. The office used to have such great customer services that is no longer the case. Rarely does anyone answer the phone, instead you have to use text or email that the office does not answer. Time to start shopping for a new insurance company."

"Larry Rodman will gladly accept your payment, but will not help you if your policy coverage has been decreased without your knowledge or consent by someone else within the company.. Having been a state farm customer for over 20 years makes no difference. Always paying for coverage on time makes no difference. Never having asked to lower coverage and then needing that coverage that has been paid for consistently over a lifetime of loyalty to a company and representative, and now left with a home that is inhabitable and not being repaired with the coverage that was assured to the customer. For your own protection, seek coverage elsewhere."

"I am appalled at the treatment this agent has given to a dear friend of mine. I have been a State Farm customer for 25+ years with a different agent and I am shocked that Larry does not treat his clients with the same respect and caring that my agent has always treated me. My friend’s apartment flooded and when this happened she found out that this agents office had previously reduced her coverage without telling her!!! So now she is in an awful spot because this office did not communicate with her. I would highly advise that you not use this agent. It makes me question my relationship with State Farm after all these years."

"Larry Rodman is not motivated to help the customer, past selling them insurance and taking their money. Should you have to file a claim, he will not help you. Should some rookie agent decide to decrease your coverages, without your knowledge or permission, Larry Rodman will not help you fix it back. He does not care about the customer past taking their money. Avoid getting insurance here. Go to Costco, it's way cheaper."

"Larry Rodman's team has been amazing. We've been customers for about three years and they've always reached out to discuss coverage and ensure our policies are up to date. Our car was recently run into and the claims process has been simple. Most of it is self-service with State Farm directly but Linda has responded via text immediately for anything I have questions about outside of the self-service portal. It's a great combination of a tool + real people :)."

"For the past 18 years, I have had the BEST collaboration, support, and service with Larry and his State Farm team. All have responded to every request for coverage, and even a claim in those years when sooo smoothly: I've been spoiled! "Larry Rodman, State Farm Insurance Agent, and his entire office staff have been fantastic. I had an automobile accident, and it was handled perfectly from start to finish by his staff. A seamless integration of repair shops and car rental agencies, right down to having my deductible reimbursed by the other insurance company. Through Larry's office, I have full coverage of two vehicles and can reduce the coverage for either car on the same day by simply making a phone call. It is that easy. I was also allowed to tailor my policy to best suit my budget without compromising the quality of coverage. Additionally, I carry renters insurance through Larry's office, which features an array of benefits that were explained in precise detail. Larry and his staff have been great to work with, easy to speak with and conveniently accessible. I highly recommend Larry Rodman State Farm Insurance Agency."

"If you don't mind never having a person answer the phone for questions, then larry is the agent you have been looking for your whole life. If you prefer talking with an actual person... find another agent! I will be looking for a new SF agent starting today."
